RavenSquad.Army is a DIGITAL PUBLICATION by PROJECT APARIO LLC. By using this service, you agree to the Terms of Service outlined by DigitalOcean, Ghost and Stripe as they are the service providers we are compliant with.

Usage of this site comes with absolutely no warranty of any kind. In fact, information may be incorrect on this website, and by using it and agreeing to these Terms of Service, you accept absolutely no warranty while using this service and all liability that follows.

You are not permitted to republish or redistribute any content on this website without written permission from the Website Owner. Sharing with others is not republishing or redistributing; making another website and putting everything posted here there is a direct violation of these Terms of Service. Printing the editorials (free and paid access) is only permitted if you give them freely to individuals who do not have a copy yet. You cannot resell them.

You are not permitted to say that you Represent Raven Squad Army. You do not. Anyone who says "I represent Raven Squad Army" or "I represent Project Apario" who does not have an valid Government ID with the identity of "Andrei Merlescu" on it, they are lying to you. We do not have any representatives who speak for us.

Your participation on the digital platform requires compliance with all local, State and Federal law. You must be over 18 years old to use this service. You must comply with any and all laws pertaining to freedom of speech, right to assemble, and peaceful protests. You are responsible for you. Nobody at Raven Squad Army can be held liable for your actions.

The terms of the Subscription are simple. You're paying for access to a private digital publication called the RAVEN SQUAD ARMY by PROJECT APARIO LLC. Your payment is processed through Stripe and managed by the Ghost Software by Project Apario. None of your data leaves Project Apario. Your subscription grants you privileged access to ravensquad.army that cannot be refunded or revoked once granted. By using and accepting these Terms of Service, you voluntarily forfeit any refunds or reimbursements of any kind as all sales are final.

If you are unhappy with your subscription and wish to cancel it, you may do so through the Ghost software, through Stripe's website, or by sending an email to support@ravensquad.army with the subject line "Subscription Termination Request". Your subscription will be terminated immediately upon receipt and is irreversible.

RavenSquad.Army does not discriminate against any protected groups of individuals and provides all community funded development efforts as GPL-3 Open Source owned by Project Apario LLC.

Andrei Merlescu retains the intellectual property rights to everything related to Project Apario, PhoenixVault and the World's Truth Repository. Project Apario is a REGISTERED TRADEMARK of PROJECT APARIO LLC. PhoenixVault is a REGISTERED TRADEMARK of PROJECT APARIO LLC. The World's Truth Repository is TRADEMARK PENDING for PROJECT APARIO LLC.
