In 2020 when I was building what would become the PhoenixVault and tweeting on TS_SCI_MAJIC12, Austin Steinbart was appearing on multiple different YouTube channels claiming that he will be Q from the future. LOL. OK Dude. Whatever. Not saying he isn't, but I am saying I don't believe him. What stuck with me about Austin Steinbart was this intersection of interests that I could not ignore. We aligned in one area. He was interested in normalizing the dissemination of the JFK Files [and some of his hand picked goodies too] and then wanted a platform that could host the files that couldn't be censored.

I was actively building what he was talking about for the JFK Files. But, where oh where did he get THAT IDEA FROM IN THE FIRST PLACE? Me. On TS_SCI_MAJIC12. The language optics of the account did not permit me to explicitly come out and ask you to build the PhoenixVault, but I was asking you to build the PhoenixVault. Nobody stepped up. When I saw Austin's interest and he had a decent amount of charisma, I chose Austin Steinbart to be a spokesperson, uncontrolled (clearly mistake lol) who would go out and speak about the PhoenixVault to millions while I was busy building the utility. Well, long story turned very short, Austin wanted the source code of the project and wanted to run his own copy of it. Contractually I couldn't just give it up. It wasn't lawful for me to do so. As I have stated previously, in the Rails proof of concept PhoenixVault, it was only meant to be temporary. It had commercial software in it that I was not allowed to redistribute. It wasn't mine to share. Austin never paid for the licenses. As an engineer, I cannot and will never cross that ethical line. Code is livelihood for people that puts food on their tables. Stealing it is evil. Giving it freely for all to use without any expectation of return, is as Yeshua taught. To my friend Austin, the PhoenixVault is GPL-3 open sourced and has been since January 2nd 2024.

It is time to connect the dots. The Apario Reader application is an advanced piece of engineering technology that I invented and it needs an army of Imps 🐌 and Unicorns 🦄 who are going to take the keys 🔑 to the GLOBAL DISCLOSURE DECLAS movement and be the change that you seek.
